Carrie is a member of Instagram’s Core Services Infrastructure team where she focuses on providing intuitive, reliable and performant Interfaces and System Services to ship Instagram products at scale. In this capacity, she has most recently focused on Instagram’s Data Privacy framework and scaling it across the organization. Carrie’s background is in building scalable data and backend infrastructure, including stints as Placed, Microsoft, and IBM.
