2022 USENIX Board of Directors Election Results
On January 28, 2022, the USENIX Association sent ballots to the 1,508 members eligible as of that date to vote in the election of the USENIX Board of Directors. We received 340 legal ballots from 1,508 members, for a response rate of 23 percent.

President, Amy Rich: 317 votes
Vice President, Arvind Krishnamurthy: 320 votes
Secretary, William Enck: 314 votes
Treasurer, Kurt Andersen: 312 votes

Theophilus A. Benson: 171 votes
Fatema Boxwala: 149 votes
Lea Kissner: 205 votes
Laura Nolan: 232 votes
The new Board, consisting of Amy Rich (President), Arvind Krishnamurthy (Vice President), William Enck (Secretary), Kurt Andersen (Treasurer), Theophilus A. Benson, Fatema Boxwala, Lea Kissner, and Laura Nolan, will assume office on July 1, 2022.
