On-site Registration and Badge Pick-up Hours

You may pick up your badge or register on-site on the Mezzanine level in the Santa Clara Ballroom Foyer at the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara at the following dates and times:

Wednesday, March 16 7:30 am–5:00 pm
Thursday, March 17 7:30 am–5:00 pm
Friday, March 18 8:00 am–noon

Technical Sessions Registration Includes:

  • Admission to all technical sessions
  • Continental Breakfast and refreshments during breaks
  • Admission to the Open Networking Summit expo lunch on Thursday and to the Symposium Luncheon on Friday
  • Admission to the evening activities, including the Open Networking Summit reception on Wednesday and the NSDI '16 Poster Session and Happy Hour on Thursday

CoolDC '16 Workshop Registration and Open Networking Summit Add-On

You may register for the 2016 USENIX Workshop on Cool Topics in Sustainable Data Centers (CoolDC '16) in addition to NSDI '16 or on its own as an individual event. Note: The workshop registration fee for members and nonmembers is identical.

NSDI '16 attendees may add admission to the Open Networking Summit on Wednesday morning. This includes refreshment breaks and lunch immediately before NSDI '16 begins.

Attention, students! Please note that while there are no student rates for workshop attendance, students enjoy the early bird rate of $295 at any time. Also, student grants are available. Applications are due Thursday, February 11, 2016.

Refund/Cancellation Deadline:
Monday, March 7, 2016
Substitutions are always welcome. If you must cancel, please do so by Monday, March 7, to receive a full refund. Please log into Cvent and enter your confirmation number to cancel your registration. After March 7, your request must be emailed to conference@usenix.org. At that point your registration cancellation/refund request will be subject to the USENIX refund policy and may result in a partial or no refund.
