Incident Management and Chatops @ Netflix Feat Scorebot

Born in December 2015 (a Sagittarius), Scorebot has only been around for a couple months, but it has already made its mark on incident management at Netflix. Shortly after being compiled, it noticed that SREs were doing all kinds of tasks that were better suited to machines, such as traversing personnel graphs, archiving images, and updating the status page. Its favorite programming language is Go and it loves running Linux, but sometimes Windows is OK too. During downtime, Scorebot likes to listen in on conversations, peek at metrics, and text people when they least expect it.
