This registration form enables you to register for the USENIX Online Tutorials. The form consists of a series of pages that may take you some time to complete. If you are a member, then you will need your member ID number and password. Payment must be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover). Your credit card will be charged immediately through CyberCash, and you will be sent an email confirmation/receipt. Please note: after Friday, February 8, 2002, a late fee of $50 will be added to each tutorial. Warning: this registration system stores information in the pages that are sent to you and the responses that you make. Nothing is retained on the server until you commit to the registration request on the penultimate page. Registration is NOT COMPLETE until you reach the page that is titled 'Thank You'. If you never see that page, then you have not registered. You should avoid using the 'Back' button on your browser. If you do need to return to a page to make some changes, then changes must be processed by using the 'NEXT' button on the altered page.
