Multiple Employee Discount
We offer discounts for organizations sending 5 or more employees to LISA '03. The group discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts. Please contact the Conference Dept. for more details.

Training Fees (October 26-28)
Training fees include:
  • Admission to the tutorials you select
  • Printed tutorial materials for your courses
  • CD-ROM containing materials from the complete Training Program and the full Conference Proceedings
  • Admission to the Vendor Exhibition
  • Lunch on the day of your tutorial
  • Conference T-Shirt

Tutorials may be taken in any combination, so long as the times don't overlap. Full-day tutorials cannot be split.

How to Calculate Your Training Fees
Find the number of units you have selected in the fee schedule below. 1/2 day tutorial = 1 unit; full-day tutorial = 2 units.

Student Training Fees
A limited number of tutorial seats are reserved for full-time students at the very special rate of $150.00 for either two half-day tutorial classes or one full-day tutorial (2 units). You must email the Conference Department, conference@usenix.org to confirm availability and make a reservation. In your email, please specify which tutorials you wish to attend, and then you will be given a code number to use when you register. The Conference Office must receive your registration form, with the code number, full payment, and a photocopy of your current student I.D. card, within 14 days from the date you make your reservation, or your reservation will be canceled. This special fee is non-transferable.

Technical Session Fees (October 29-31)
Technical Session registration fees include:
  • Admission to all technical sessions
  • Copy of Conference Proceedings
  • Admission to the Halloween Costume Party/Reception
  • Admission to the Vendor Exhibition and Mexican Fiesta
  • Conference T-shirt

Payment by check or credit card must accompany the registration form. Purchase orders, vouchers, or telephone or email registrations cannot be accepted.

If you are a member of USENIX and/or SAGE, your paid membership fees are deducted from the cost of your registration at LISA.

If you register online, an additional $50 will be deducted from the cost of registration.

Thursday, October 30 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Refund/cancellation date: Monday, October 20, 2003

All refund requests must be emailed to conference@usenix.org by Monday, October 20, 2003. You may substitute another in your place.
