Exhibitor Information

Here is information for vendors who want to exhibit at the Atlanta Linux Showcase.

General Information

When: Saturday June 7 - Sunday June 8, 1997. Exhibit hours are 9:00 - 5:00 on Saturday, and 9:00 - 3:00 on Sunday. Talks run concurrently.
Where: The Inforum, Atlanta; two blocks from the Georgia World Congress Center.
Expected Attendence: 500 - 1000 people.
Cost: $400.00 for a booth advance registration, $500.00 after May 14. Please register with us by May 21. Additional booths are available for $200.00 each.
Vendors will be allowed to sell products (anything that is not food) at any time during the showcase!
Advertising: We have contacted local and national publications, Linux users groups, vendors, and several Internet information services. Please help us spread the word by providing a link to the Showcase.
If you don't want to exhibit, consider sponsoring a talk or donating door prizes.

Size: 10' x 10'.
Furnishings: 6' x 24" table with skirt and chairs.
Electrical Power: available on request only for $65.00.
Availability: Friday noon - evening for setup, Saturday 0800 - close, Sunday 0800 - close.
Storage: We have exclusive access to a locked storage room beginning Thursday. Vendors can move things from COMDEX directly to the secure storage space if you need to.
Shipping: Packages can be shipped to and from the Inforum, but must arrive on or after THURSDAY JUNE 5. The Inforum shipping address is:
