Instructions for Authors: 14th Systems Administration Conference (LISA 2000)

Authors of LISA papers, please note:

1. To ensure a uniform look in the Conference Proceedings, most papers will be typeset for you by Rob Kolstad. Authors are requested to submit electronic copy in one of many forms:

  • ASCII
  • ASCII with markup for italics, etc. (e.g., <i> ... </i>)
  • Troff
  • LaTeX
  • Microsoft Word (but not Microsoft Word illustrations)
The typesetter will create both PostScript (for Proceedings and archives) and HTML output (for the archives). Submissions will also be published in PDF and HTML on the USENIX Web site.

2. Be aware that your materials are due October 2, 2000 (see #3 below). You will be contacted by the USENIX conference office regarding complimentary registration for the person presenting your paper.

3. By October 2, mail or fax a completed and signed (Note: all authors of the paper must sign) a consent-to-publish form to:
