We have a rather large installed base of Unix and NT. One of our focuses is to try to make integration between these two platforms as seamless to the end user as possible -- while keeping our (the SysAdmins) job managable at the same time.

Another main focus is to put up some highly available NT systems to run database and web servers. We are primarily looking toward WolfPack to handle this area.

Benchmarking has been another focus. We have written some in-house programs to specifically target certain portions of the OS (mainly in the disk IO area). We are also using some of the industry standard benchmarking utilities for overall info (mostly to compare different hardware platforms/configs).
