Tendinitis/Epicondylitis

Inflammation of the tendon and/or epicondyl (similar to the tendon)

Can occur in forearms, shoulder, or fingers

Lateral is the outer side of the arm (tennis elbow)

Medial is the inner side of the arm (golfers elbow)
