This tutorial provides guidelines and suggestions to improve the communication and collaboration of sysadmins and directly increase effectiveness when working with senior management.
This course is intended to provide you with skills that are associated with senior IT staff. The focus is on understanding the gap between IT operations and management and how to bridge that gap to increase respect for IT and improve your relationship with management.
