USENIX Security '17 Registration Information

The following information applies to the 26th USENIX Security Symposium and its co-located workshops: ASE ’17, CSET ’17, FOCI ’17, HotSec ’17, and WOOT ’17.

On-site Workshop Registration and Pre-Registered Badge Pickup Hours

On-site workshop registration and badge pickup for pre-registered attendees will take place at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre Hotel at the following dates and times:

Monday, August 14, 7:30 am–5:00 pm
Tuesday, August 15, 8:00 am–5:00 pm
Wednesday, August 16, 7:30 am–5:00 pm
Thursday, August 17, 8:00 am–5:00 pm
Friday, August 18, 8:00 am–noon

Technical Sessions Registration Includes:

  • Admission to all technical sessions
  • Admission to the continental breakfasts, Symposium Luncheon, refreshment breaks, and evening activities
  • Conference t-shirt
  • Access to the Conference Proceedings as a downloadable archive
  • Wireless connectivity in the conference session area

Daily Workshop Registration Includes:

  • Admission to all workshop sessions
  • Admission to the continental breakfasts, luncheons, refreshment breaks, and evening activities
  • Access to all workshop final paper files online
  • Wireless connectivity in the workshop session area

Daily Workshop Registration Fees

You may register for workshops in addition to the 26th USENIX Security Symposium or on their own. Note that there is no member discount for workshops.

Each daily workshop registration pass gives you admission to all workshops taking place on the day for which you register. Please note that while this daily pass does offer the ability to move between the co-located events on Monday and Tuesday, seating in each of these events will first be made available to those that registered for a specific workshop.

Substitutions are always welcome. If you must cancel, please do so by Friday, July 28 to receive a full refund. Log into Cvent and enter your confirmation number to cancel your registration. After July 28, your cancellation/refund request must be emailed to conference@usenix.org.
