Exhibit Schedule
Exhibits will remain open over the course of the event. Peak traffic is expected just before and after sessions, during lunches and breaks, and the Happy Hour after sessions. Note that exhibits will be closed during the reception.

Booth Details
Each booth will include:

Optional: Custom graphics requests may be submitted to TriCord.
Exhibits and all major catering will be in the Grand Ballrooms of the Hyatt Regency.

Internet
USENIX provides free WiFi access to all of our attendees and exhibitors. If you require a hardwired connection, please contact sponsorship@usenix.org
Electrical
All booths can access an electric drop and power strip. If you need to order additional power for any reason, please refer to the Exhibitor Kit.
Monitor Rental
Monitors can be rented via the Exhibitor Kit, either for tabletop placement, or to be mounted on your booth wall. The deadline to order is Tuesday, February 21.
Lead Retrieval
Exhibitors have the option to order lead retrieval via the Cvent LeadCapture app, which is downloadable to your own device. We strongly suggest ordering the app and downloading it ahead of time. You can find helpful hints on Cvent's Community Forum.

Exhibitor Insurance
All exhibitors are expected to carry general liability coverage with minimum policy limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,00 aggregate. If your current policy does not provide this or you wish to purchase separate insurance, Rainprotection Insurance can provide this coverage at the flat rate of $84.00. Please see this form.
Graphics
Submissions for optional custom graphics for your booth are due to TriCord by Tuesday, February 21, 2023.

Your booth will include your logo on the booth header. Additional branding and custom graphics can be ordered via the exhibitor kit.

Shipping Overview
Advance Freight Receiving Window: Thursday, February 16–Thursday, March 16, 2023
Please carefully review the shipping information from TriCord and use the appropriate order form, labels, or customs-related documents they require.
Shipping out: Every shipment that ships via the advanced warehouse should also plan to use return labels and be ready to ship back any assets as needed. Anyone that needs help during the dismantling will be served at the Exhibitor Services desk on the show floor. Please coordinate with TriCord.
Registration
Exhibitor Badges
Register exhibit staff (not attending conference sessions) with a unique URL that will be emailed to you. No code is necessary. Exhibitor registration is required for those staffing a booth and not attending sessions.
Exhibitor-only registration is separate from sponsor passes that may be part of your sponsorship.
Sponsor Passes
Sponsorship will email your main point of contact the discount code to access any free conference passes included in your agreement.
