Kevin works as a developer evangelist for Instana, an APM and container monitoring service provider and speaks globally on topics including distributed computing, microservices, containers, monitoring, logging, deployment automation, observability, public speaking, alert fatigue, and human ops. He has been distinguished by his peers as a Docker Captain for his outstanding work with the community and the successful implementation of Docker in Production over the past 3 years.
He has helped organize several local meetup groups in the Nashville, TN area including Docker, Go, and Serverless and has spoken at many other groups including Java, Javascript, PHP, and DevOps. He is also the organizer for Nashville's own DevOpsDays.
