Exhibitor tables will be located on the Mezzanine level in the Santa Clara Foyer, adjacent to sessions. You may bring a pop-up banner no larger than 6' W x 8' H, branded tablecloth, and giveaways. Exhibitors may arrange to transport items independently or ship them directly to the venue per the instructions below.
Internet and Electrical
USENIX provides free WiFi to all attendees and exhibitors. Tabletop exhibitors may access the conference WiFi network and the electrical outlet. Network details will be printed on your exhibitor badge. If you need a hardwired ethernet line, email sponsorship@usenix.org for information. Please bring your own cables as needed for your devices.

Lead Retrieval
Exhibitors can buy lead retrieval licenses via the Cvent LeadCapture app, which is downloadable to their own devices. Order form can be found here.

Overnight Security
Exhibit tables are located in a public area. Valuables and laptops should be taken with you each evening. If needed, please coordinate with a USENIX staff member onsite to request small items and boxes be stored for you overnight on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Shipping
Send all boxes to arrive between Wednesday, February 21st, and Friday, February 23rd, and email sponsorship@usenix.org your tracking information. This helps us to locate your packages onsite. Please be aware there may be additional shipping handling fees from the hotel.

Exhibitor only Registration
Exhibitor only badges are required for those staffing a table. The exhibitor registration link will be emailed to your primary contact for your sponsorship.
- Exhibitor only badges are separate entities from conference passes or any sponsor passes that may be part of your sponsorship.
Important: Anyone registered to attend sessions (i.e., a full conference pass) may double as an exhibitor, and they do not need to also register as an exhibitor. Exhibitor badges do not give access to sessions. Please register as a regular attendee if you will attend talks.
