Important Dates and Deadlines (Tentative)

Exhibit Space Details

Exhibitor tables will be located in the Santa Clara Foyer on the Mezzanine level, adjacent to sessions. You may bring a pop-up banner (should not exceed 6' W x 8' H), branded tablecloth, and giveaways, but please be aware that you must transport these in and out on your own or ship directly to the venue per the instructions below. The venue may charge a small fee to hold your packages.

Included with each tabletop exhibit:

  • Six (6) foot draped table
  • Two chairs
  • Free WiFi access
  • Electrical access

Tabletop Hours

Tabletop exhibits will be open throughout the conference. Peak traffic occurs during the breaks, just before and after sessions, and toward the latter half of the luncheon. Please refer to the PEPR '24 program for the complete schedule.

Internet and Electrical

USENIX provides free WiFi to all attendees and exhibitors. Tabletop exhibitors may access the conference WiFi network and the electrical outlet. Please bring your own cables as needed for your devices. If you need a hardwired ethernet line, please email sponsorship@usenix.org for more information.

Monitor Rental

Monitors should be ordered through Show Imaging no later than Friday, May 24, 2024.

Lead Retrieval

Lead retrieval licenses are available through your Cvent exhibit portal. Your sponsorship's admin can log in here to purchase and assign licenses to registered staff from inside the Cvent portal. The event code is FZN6FWYXFTW. Here are instructions on how to use the app.

Overnight Security

There is no overnight security. Please coordinate with a USENIX staff member onsite to request small valuables be stored overnight on Sunday and Monday.

Shipping

Inbound

Please send all inbound shipments to arrive between Wednesday, May 29, and Friday, May 31, 2024, and use the shipping label linked below to ensure we can locate your packages onsite.

Send sponsorship@usenix.org your tracking numbers with a description of the contents.

Outbound

Hold onto your boxes if your team needs to return items, or ask onsite staff to store them for you. Have prepaid, pre-printed labels ready in advance.

Exhibitor-only Registration

Exhibitor-only badges are required for those staffing a table and are separate entities from conference passes or any sponsor passes that may be part of your sponsorship. Please email sponsorship@usenix.org to request this registration link.

Important: Anyone registered to attend sessions (i.e., a full conference pass) may also staff your exhibit and should not register as an exhibitor. However, staff who are registered with an exhibitor-only badge (not a full conference pass) will not be allowed in sessions.
