Calling All Bay Area User Groups!
Join USENIX and BayLISA for the first Bay Area Super User Group Meeting (BaySUG '05).

What is BaySUG? Sponsored by USENIX in cooperation with BayLISA, BaySUG is a half-day gathering of Bay Area technical user groups to enjoy invited talks by industry leaders, network with other groups, and have a good time. It is designed to give user groups a chance to connect with potential members and to learn more about the groups that are available in the Bay Area. In addition, BaySUG will provide group leaders with the opportunity to share resources in order to coordinate speakers and events, and to brainstorm about popular ideas.

BaySUG '05 will take place Saturday, November 12, 2005, 1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m., at the Computer History Museum, located at 1401 N. Shoreline Blvd., Mountain View, CA 94043.

The BaySUG '05 program will include:

  • Invited talks by industry leaders
  • User group networking opportunities
  • Tour of the Computer History Museum
  • Reception, sponsored by Google
