On-site Workshop Registration and Pre-Registered Badge Pick-up Hours

On-site workshop registration and badge pickup for pre-registered attendees will take place at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill at the following dates and times:

Sunday, August 9 5:00 pm–7:00 pm
Monday, August 10 7:30 am–5:00 pm
Tuesday, August 11 7:30 am–5:00 pm
Wednesday, August 12 7:30 am–5:00 pm
Thursday, August 13 7:30 am–5:00 pm
Friday, August 14 8:00 am–noon

The following information applies to the 24th USENIX Security Symposium and its co-located workshops: WOOT ’15, CSET ’15, FOCI ’15, HealthTech ’15, 3GSE ’15, HotSec ’15, and JETS ’15.

Technical Sessions Registration Includes:

  • Admission to all technical sessions
  • Continental breakfast and refreshment breaks on the day of your sessions
  • Admission to the evening activities
  • Access to the conference proceedings as a downloadable archive
  • Wireless connectivity in conference session area
  • Conference t-shirt

Workshop Registration Includes:

  • Admission to sessions for all workshops on the day for which you register

Daily Workshop Pass Registration Fees

You may register for workshops in addition to the 24th USENIX Security Symposium or on their own. Each daily workshop registration pass gives you admission to all workshops taking place on the day for which you register. Please note that while this daily pass does offer the ability to move between the co-located events on Monday and Tuesday, seating in each of these events will first be made available to those that registered for a specific workshop or summit.

Attention, students! There are no student rates for Workshops, but students enjoy the early bird rate of $295 per day at any time.

Substitutions are always welcome. If you must cancel, please do so by Friday, July 31, to receive a full refund. Please log into Cvent and enter your confirmation number to cancel your registration. After July 31, your cancellation/refund request must be emailed to conference@usenix.org.
