ATC '13: 2013 USENIX Annual Technical Conference Wednesday-Friday, June 26–28, 2013 USENIX ATC '13 will again bring together leading systems researchers for cutting-edge systems research and unlimited opportunities to gain insight into a variety of must-know subjects, and includes over 30 long and short papers on key topics such as virtual machine implementation and performance, mobile and small application development, and much more.
ESOS '13: 2013 Workshop on Embedded Self-Organizing Systems Tuesday, June 25, 2013 NEW at FCW '13! ESOS '13 will be the preeminent forum for researchers to exchange ideas, present advances in the state of the art, and brainstorm on promising directions for future research in embedded self-organizing systems.The workshop includes paper presentations and an Invited Talk by Phyllis Nelson, California State Polytechnic University.
ICAC '13: 10th International Conference on Autonomic Computing Wednesday-Friday, June 26–28, 2013 NEW at FCW '13! ICAC '13 will bring together researchers and practitioners to address multiple facets of adaptation and self-management in computing systems and applications from different perspectives. The program includes Keynotes by Carl Waldspurger; Alon Halevy, Google; and Dilma Da Silva, Qualcomm Research; as well as paper presentations on the management of clouds, system resources, virtual machines, and power/temperature awareness; managing MapReduce workloads; and more.
HotCloud '13: 5th USENIX Workshop on Hot Topics in Cloud Computing Tuesday-Wednesday, June 25-26, 2013 HotCloud provides a forum for both academics and practitioners to share their experience, leverage each other's perspectives, and identify new/emerging "hot" trends in this important area. The program includes Keynote Addresses from Adrian Cockcroft, Netflix, and Mike Dahlin, The University of Texas at Austin; as well as 21 paper presentations on virtualization, networking and bandwidth, I/O, security, reliability, and much more.
UCMS '13: 2013 USENIX Configuration Management Summit Monday, June 24, 2013 The configuration management community will come together at UCMS '13 to advance the state of configuration management, discuss its problems and solutions, and enhance the community of this growing field. The summit includes a Keynote Address by Mark Burgess, CFEngine, as well as invited talks on topics such as continuous integration, continuous deployment, and different types of software used by the DevOps community.
WiAC '13: 2013 Women in Advanced Computing Summit Wednesday-Thursday, June 26-27, 2013 At WiAC '13, we will continue to bring technical women together to discuss some of the challenges women face in the professional computing world. HotPar '13: 5th USENIX Workshop on Hot Topics in Parallelism Monday-Tuesday, June 24-25, 2013 NEW at FCW '13! HotPar ‘13 recognizes the broad impact of multicore computing, and will bring together researchers and practitioners doing innovative work in the area of parallel computing. The program includes 14 paper presentations on topics including performance, programming models, semantics, bugs, and data structures; two panels; invited talks; Work-in-Progress/Forward-Looking Ideas Session; a debate; and a poster session.
HotStorage '13: 5th USENIX Workshop on Hot Topics in Storage and File Systems Thursday-Friday, June 27–28, 2013 With a Keynote Address by Peter Godman, CEO, Qumulo; 16 paper presentations; and a panel discussion on “Software-defined Storage,” HotStorage '13 will showcase the latest in storage systems design, implementation, management, and evaluation. This workshop provides a forum for the cutting edge in storage research where researchers can exchange ideas and engage in discussions with their colleagues.

Many research disciplines rely on feedback to achieve goals such as autonomy, learning, adaptation, stabilization, robustness, or performance optimization. This workshop provides a unique forum to exchange the insights across these disciplines as the theoretical foundations of feedback, broadly defined, in computing and to share the experience pertaining to use of feedback in computing.
